Safety, and Shipping Questions

Yes, all of my pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. Although it is recommended that you hand-wash all of the handmade pottery you purchase from me. Running it through the dishwasher can make the piece more fragile.
I have two options for shipping, $10 (2-7 business days) and $12 (5-7 business days).
You can choose what works best for you!
I ship my orders out every Wednesday and Friday, once I have handed the package over to USPS you can refer to their website to see the estimated delivery date.
In the rare event that your package arrives broken, send me pictures of the damage to the piece. I will work on filing a claim with USPS, as well as work on a brand new piece for you.

Yes, you can! Just reach out to me through my contact sheet or Instagram and we can discuss the details of your custom order.
It typically takes me about four weeks to create a custom piece. Pottery is a long process, but I will keep you updated as I am working on your pieces. If your piece gets cracked, or damaged through the firing process I will have to create a brand new piece, which means it can take longer than four weeks.
I do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. However I do accept refunds if you contact me before the item has shipped. If the item has already shipped, then there is nothing I can do.
